About Luma & Little
Supporting parents, nurturing little ones.
Luma and Little was born from the belief that even the smallest moments can bring light to the most challenging early days of parenthood. “Luma” represents the guiding light I aim to offer families, while “Little” reflects the precious newborns and young children at the heart of my work. Together, the name captures my mission: to bring warmth, confidence, and reassurance to parents as they navigate the delicate first stages of their child’s life.
Every child deserves nurturing care, and every parent deserves to feel empowered, strong, and joyful in their journey. With gentle, expert support, I work alongside you, helping you to understand and respond to your baby’s needs with confidence and connection.

Meet the person behind Luma & Little
Hi, I’m Carlie. I’m a parent to two young children, and I understand how wonderful and overwhelming early parenthood can be. Over the past 12 years, I’ve worked in the NHS, gaining valuable experience in mental health and supporting families through a variety of challenges.
I created Luma & Little to offer something that isn’t readily available, a nurturing, safe space where parents and caregivers can receive gentle, personalised guidance. I support families in understanding their baby’s cues, promoting healthy development, and fostering strong, loving bonds. I also provide practical strategies for managing the emotional and mental health challenges that can arise during pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood.
Through Luma & Little, my aim is to help parents feel confident, supported, and connected, while creating a positive and empowering experience for both parent and baby.
